cheers!

i have just finished a nice print.css stylesheet and i am quite happy about it. The only thing that i can't seem to figure out is:

there is a div containing adress and phone number of the client's company. it is hidden with display: none; in the default stylesheet so browser's won't see it. how am i getting it to show again on the printed page? display: yes please; doesn't really work ...

Essentially what i am trying to do is: i want to display adress & phone numbers on all pages when they're printed (well on the first page of the print job respectively).

Try "display: block;" instead of "yes please"

[edit: And as it looks like you're speaking German I'll have to direct you to this great web programming reference:

and particularly here:

There are many different values that can be used but display: block; should work fine I think.

It worked just fine. CSS always manages to impress me!

Thanx @ HZR!

While talking about printer-friendly styles, i want to mention two great sources that deal with that topic: Jeffrey Zeldman's printer-friendly and Eric Meyer's "Going To Print.
