My own personal approach is that if PPK doesn't state that something is compatible, I don't use it. I don't have the time right now to check for your particular compatibility question, but IMHO this site deserves an FAQ entry. For CSS generally there are a lot of reference sites, but I like the way that [url=http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/]http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/[/url] is laid out and its concise but informative style.
