Mmm... good points, especially about the header tags. Semantically speaking, your largest header on the page should be <h1>, and then you should work your way down from there. I guess you're using <h5> and <h6> for the small sizes, rather than their semantic value... but that's what we have CSS for, so you can specify your sizes. Header tags are for delineating structure, not controlling font sizes.
