Sometimes you just have to have it 1px wide: no more, no less. A compromise would be to set the top and bottom body padding in percentages. Maybe set 5% top and bottom padding, and then an 88% height div with a 1px border. Might not turn out quite the way you wanted, but at least it's close. Loading...
