Flea Bipolar (III) Inmate From: Camden AR Insane since: Aug 2003	posted 09-16-2003 05:14 i have read through several sites trying to locate this with little luck... how can i specify a background and have it fixed but have the rest of the site scroll when needed? www.neontuner.com that is the site ... (just have a color right now for background since i can not get it to work)
