On this page - [url=http://www.smileycat.com/compass/login.html]http://www.smileycat.com/compass/login.html[/url] - the content at the top of the page does display in IE until you move your mouse. It works fine in Mozilla, and I've never come across this problem before, so I have no idea what the problem is.
