If you want the text to be bold, why don't you use the <strong> tag? The <strong> tag is the one you should use whenever you want to have bold text. In your example you could also use the <dl>,<dt>,<dd> tags, like: [code] <dl> <dt>Hatch Size (min-max in mm SL):</dt> <dd>4 - 7</dd> ... </dl> [/code] And then style the <dt> and <dd> tags as you want.
