To get it the way you want it, you'll need to specify the margins yourself. You can also do away with *all* of those table cells in the content area. You really don't need tables at all, but if you are going to use them, that whole content area should be one single cell. That would simplify things *so* much... And to go further, you have a whole lot of information listed on that page that are - well - lists. They should be coded as such. If you don't want the bullets - again, set it in your CSS. You'll also want to do some cross browser checking, as your navigation layout is a bit out of place in mozilla.
