Topic: question..

Ok, I know this sounds really dumb.
But I am just starting to re learn Flash after being
away from the heavy Graphic Design Scence, and i was wondering
A) how do you embed a .swf or like file as a link.. (same way with an
<a href><img> tag set ... ?
B) what are some good thurough Flash Tutorial sites.. ?

a & b) The only flash site you will ever need is www.flashkit.com . There learn you will the way of flash.

as far as i remember there are two ways to do this.
the object-tag and the embed-tag.
details are in the flash helpfile!

if the full movie should be a link, just go with the a-tag. but usually, only some spots in the movie are a link; this can be done in flash itself.

edit: can someone tell me how to type the greater and smaller letter without being interpreted as an html-tag?

Flashkit is both decent and really sucks. Some of their tutes are great, and some are barely passable. GN's tutorials are much better quality IMO.

Hey thats cool <font color="blue">grumble</font>, is that only possible to do in the asylum where "html" is on?
I mean do you think doc would mind us using a flash siggy? cause I suck with graphics even though I am slowly learning in PS6, i am much better in making things in presenting things in Flash.
