I know I've been asking a lot lately about movies importing/exporting and premiere but I really need the help. Here goes... I want to make an effect on the movement of the people like there's a light shawdow following them... I don't know it you understand.... it's like having the person move forward but the last movement is still there but a little fady...

karn, there's no problem with asking. just go ahead! that's what this place is for! without questions, we wouldnt have anything to talk about.

your problem is, like kromaz said in the other thread, more a painting/graphical problem.
you have to cut out the object(person) from the movie and modify it independent from the rest of the movie.
overall, this cant be done with premiere, afaik.
if your movie is very short, you could do that by hand in every single frame, but this would still be a lot of work.

in PS this would be done like this:
get frames like kromaZ explained it.
use your lasso tool to select the object.
copy selection.
insert into previous frame(s).

you could define a PS-action to speed up your work! but overall this is a lot of work and i cant think of another method. sorry. maybe someone else does.

otherwise you should try a professional tool like final cut pro.
