Please can someone assistme in supplying a link to a tutorial in Flash 5 for rotating and object around an axis.

THE IDEA: I would like to have a circle as the main focus and have a few smaller circle type objects rotating around the larger one, but in different directions......i hope this gives you a general idea of what i am trying to achieve.

Thanks in advance for any help and or suggestions.

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

Like an orbit sort of thing, but with the sattelites going in different directions?

1) It's not real easy. Flash isn's a 3D environment, so you have to fudge depth using size and opacity. Also have to do pretty tricky stuff with sine and cosine to track the elipse. But it can be done!

2) Try Colin Moock: http://www.moock.org/asdg/codedepot/

scroll down near the bottom - motion/general. Some REAL interesting techniques. show us what you get!

It doesn't neccessarily sound like he's asking for a 3D effect...

Something like this?

Rotating Spheres

If that's the case, you just need to move all the anchor points to the point where you want them to rotate around.
