If your going to work at a design house your going to have to understand that not everyone is on a PC and provide neutral content. No offense. By the responses you've recieved the images are a bit low on resolution, hey! your delivering on CD - make the files as big as you want. I've found good results in Flash with importing the images at twice the target size and then scaling them down to the size I need. Just don't recompress the images to keep the quality high.
