(best semi-professional editing/cutting program) can takes lots of aditional filters and plug-ins. but since you've got final cut pro... what am i talking? thats a killer pro-app. never got the chance to use it though. if you go for web-streaming dont underestimate MS windows moviemaker. does the basic editing stuff and the WMV format is kinda good quality at low bandwidth.
