what medium are you gonna use to display it on the TV? vcr i guess. well, therefore you gotta get the digital video from the pc to the tape somehow. i guess you are doing this with your tv-output of your graphic-card. so, just hook up the TV to that output and look at it. if the video is displayed correctly on your pc monitor it's probably also going to be correct on the TV. then just record what you see on the TV like a normal recording. (for audio you probably have to hook up an extra cable from the soundcard to the vcr) here's some information on PAL/NTSC from vcdhelp.com: NTSC is a Video/TV standard mostly common in USA and PAL is a Video/TV standard in the rest of the world, the main differences are that NTSC has more frames/sec, 29,97 fps than PAL 25 fps but then NTSC has some less horizontal lines than PAL.
