In case you didnt know who he is he used to be the creative director of Macromedia, and now heads up his own firm, he is one of the all time highest award winners for flash and its related technologies.. The Book is titled Flash Web Design, the art of motion graphics. Availiable from New Riders Publishers. They go into a project they did, doing exactly what you are looking at doing now....
