As far as importing divx clips into the timeline, I rarely do that, sometimes I'll take a compressed clip and compress it further but normally I work with uncompressed AVIs.[/i] I'd suggest working with raw video on the timeline everytime if you're doin any editing. Batch capture, save your project and batch list, then you can dispose of the project to free up hardrive space, then bring it all back again from tape if need be. Hope something in all this crap helped a little. [b]EDIT : OOPS[/b] ok, I'm playing this now on a win2K with WMP6.4 and I'm getting the same trouble you're talking about. Can you tell me what OS and player you're using when you're getting the bad results? The machine I was viewing this on [i]successfully[/i] was XP with WMP8. [b]EDIT : AGAIN[/b] I went ahead and installed the divX player on the win2K machine and it plays fine though that. 6.4 must not be capable, is that the player you're using?
