If you have a combination of flash and Html, then my best guess is tht you plan for the user to view the CD's content offline in their browser. In that case the usual detection scripts will work. My usual method is placing a piece of code in my loader that only a certain level of flash player can read. I do this because Javascript sniffers are not always reliable. Someone else may need to tell you if you can put the macromedia plug-in installer on the CD- I've made projectors.
