Fig's tut is what you need but you are going to have to expand on it some for the MouseOut. Check out some stuff on Action Script and "Tell Target". You can also use "SetProperty" for this. Actually, SetProperty may be your best bet. I have found it a little easier to work with. Do a Google search for SetProperty in Action Script.
