I'm bored.

No one ever comes down here anymore.

I come down here all the time and for what! Huh?... What do I get?... Nothing but forgoten promises and hunger pains.

Well, to hell with you all. I'm just gonna sit here in my suspenders untill I get some of the attention I deserve!


Actually, this post did have a point when I hit the "create new topic" button... Oh yeah, I was thinking that maybe we might see a little more activity if we reworded the forum description. Currently it's:

Video stuff, Shockwave, Premiere, streaming media of all types, up to high-end video compositing. Have fun!

Which seems awfully video focused and well, there ain't much call for video editing forums on the web. Maybe if we included things like Flash, Director (cause I almost never search for shockwave when I want help with Director stuff, even if it is for a web based project), and maybe ditch the "animation" title (we could add animation to the 3D forum, which in trems of traditional and film animation makes more sence there then in multimedia) as that's implied through flash/director in favour of a production term for directing / editing shrot films, composing & cleaning digital audio and sound effects etc...

Say something like:

Multimedia Production
Flash & Director, Video & Audio Streaming, Lingo, Actionscript, Video editing, compositing, post production and maybe a little bit of Audio Composing.

Or something to that effect. Anyways, back to my suspenders...

Yes a change of description would be nice for this little lost cell/s. But I'm never down here anyway that often, just wonder around to see what people are up to. As it WAS my thing about a year ago (When I was on a happy multimedia course which flopped big time), got bored of it and .......errrmm.... to more of print side of things.

Anyway what are you doing wearing suspenders drac???
