Your Text: Insert Slimies » Insert UBB Code » Close Last Tag \| All Tags UBB Help	I am trying to compress some videos that I downloaded. Currently they are rather large .avi, and mpeg files. Some of the ones that I downloaded came in a 14 megs compared to the 75-125 ones that I am trying to shrink. How would I go about doing this? I think it has something to do with the codec used to encode these files, but I don't know enough about video to be able to work with those. In this case I just want to be able to fit a few dozen of these onto a CD as opposed to 7-12 that would currently fit. but if someone can direct me to some general information on video editing and reccomend a program for editing in Windows 2000.
