Topic awaiting preservation: playing with POV-Ray (Page 1 of 1)

ok, i did some quick and stupid animations in povray, and animated them with flash, since gif would be just too big. however, the filesizes are still unbelievable big....so...you have been warned,ok?
However, for those of you who know povray will know that these animations are really extremely simple, so if you are looking for some professional work, ask slime for his demo

they're all pretty nice (why pink though?) although the swf ones are jaggy
I think they'd look better if the squares were'nt passing through each other but nice work nontheless

Nice animation! I like the rotationweird2 one best, I think, except it would be better if the cubes didn't intersect with each other at all.

btw does anyone know how i can do the following?
letz say i rotate a box. how can i say that the box starts rotating (or moving) in a different direction AFTER FINISHING the first rotation? help would be very appreciated!

mas: Really nice stuff (I agree about the intersecting - it doesn't look bad but it just doesn't feel quite 'right') - fancy posting the .pov file there too? It might be helpful for someone
