Ini, your apology is very well-received. Your earlier comments, while harsh, made me a better person. You see, although I have a core belief that all people are equally valuable on this earth and everyone serves an equally important purpose, I do not communicate that ideology well. I've always considered myself to be an adequate communicator, but recently I have come to realize that sometimes I come off as arrogant or superior sounding even though it is the farthest thing from what I actually believe. If you had not brought that to my attention in this context, I would have less understanding of how others view me, and perhaps I would repeat the mistake in more devastating contexts (it has already happened to me in one relationship).

I'm glad we can be open about these things here, because sometimes friends in real life are too considerate to let you know the truth.

Ini, as you said i consider our discussions closed and all settled, you are an inspiration to others and although your posts may appear harsh and aggressive at times the theme of them is good; you are only trying to help others and help others with less experience help others too (If that makes sense). Clarity is important when it comes to this side of the work, if you mess the back end up it doesnt matter how pretty or useful the front end is the site will still suck. People can make their own conclusions about what anyone posts and sometimes mis interpret what is meant in someones comments, what may have appeared harsh in text when spoken would not maybe appear so harsh. Whats important is that we work hard to make this a resource that is good,correct and we work together. we will all find out each others strengths and weaknesses and will be able to point peopel in the direction of the right person to help. I look forward to working with you and all the others and hope that i will make a good contribution to one of the best forums there is.
