      My web site is running on a dedicated RedHat server and is currently running between 10,000-20,000 hits/day (1000-3000 page views) with no problems.  I will get back to you on what the specs are, but I'm pretty sure it's a fairly low-end pentium.    |

      This is a good place if you are looking for info on BSD, there are also a few linux related posts. Try searching thought the old threads, but beware it is definitely biased toward the BSDs and FreeBSD in particular.    |
