Topic awaiting preservation: Looking for image commenting PHP system-

I am currently looking for a PHP based, commenting system to install, so users can comment on my drawings which I shall display in my image gallery. A perfect example of this can be found here: http://www.synthetickiss.com/art.php?galleryID=10&picID=2

Does anyone know where I can find such a script?
I am currently being hosted, and my host's services include PHP 4.04.
No, I am not an "PHP expert," and I can't just take apart scripts from other scripts and just use certain functions, sorry. I need a script made to serve one purpose, and that purpose should be what I am looking for.

Anyone have any ideas? Links?
