Picture this A band existing out some techno freaks vj's geeks an so on. Who uses online conections to show the other part of the band they found in tokio while they play in Amsterdam. Using the technology which made it possible for us to get together.

But really it's true! - well mebbe, cuza friend of a friend knows a roadie who works with the sound guy and he said talk to the manager and this person spoke to the manager and the manager said 'umm meebe, dunno' so there see it must be true - the Peppers are playing Dot-Con.

Hey, Snowcrash does seem kind of cool, but their website SUCKS! Black text, and a background of black and white one pixel lines? If they're going to come to the con, they need to get a new website, most definitely. Embarrassing it is.

hate to say it, but better sound system. IF I could come, which I can't, I could bring 6 1 1/2' JBL speaker combo's with 2 subwoofers and 4 tweeters, and 20 disc CD player, high powered amplifier and a full mixer board and synth system. heh...i work with this shit.

Skaarjj I also Work with that stuff an i am not gonna say JBL is kids toy's <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/smile.gif">. But i am shure the system we designed ouserselves sounds pretty damn good. But no i wil not fly in some Dutch apparatus.....

I suppose I should talk about music, since it's been mentioned a few times now. A live band or other such thing ain't gonna happen at this years OzoneDotCon. Having a live band turns this into a Convention / Conference and a Music Fest, which involves a whole slew of new permits and insurance issues. (It's very possible that we could have music at the OzoneDotCon 2002, but that's getting ahead of ourselves.) Now if say Metallica were to show up unexpectedly and give us a performance, there wouldn't be anything I could do about it, and the Metallica lawyers could handle any repercussions. And if we ever get a live band at an OzoneDotCon, it won't be country. Sorry country fans, but I can't stand country (or Rap Music). If peple want to bring instruments and such and play around the campfire, that's just fine. I'm talking about a "band" here.
