I suspect there will be plenty of opportunities for coding but if InI has a well tested content management system and is willing to share or adapt then that would make a good start - trust me there will be plenty of things that will need doing (I like your enthusiasm!!). InI: I agree that the public's views would be better - I suggested having a poll but I'm curious to know if you have something more cunning up your sleeve.
