Topic: let's get this going again!

Things have been very slow the last week.
Let's reconciliate and make a list of people who want to work on this, ok? Oh, and post what you can do also.

Example:
Tyberius Prime - wants to code serverside.

Well count me in on this project . I would be happy to do some of the graphic sides of things over the christmas break, which for me is about 3 weeks , if you guys want.

TP & DS: I think we knew you two guys were in. I suspect, like Rome, this won't be built in a day. Throw some ideas into the relevant threads to stir things up and we'll see what the Doc and others have to say on the various ideas so far and see what else emerges.

TP: You should have the details to my spare account (as InI is pretty busy). I suspect that some core aspects can be started server side while the full range of features is thrashed out - I think InI was going to provide an adapted version of his content management system to kick start things.

But we'll deal with this in the appropriate threads (or start a new one if there isn't a thread for it).

[edit: Looks like Pugzly sneaked in while I was writing: I have said that the people eager to start sketching out ideas for the server side stuff could play in a spare account and then upload whats been hammered out at a later. I've given InI and TP the details but its the Docs call I'm not bothered either way]

Count me in! I've been very busy this last week, that's why my poor participation lately. But like DS, I would be happy to participate with the graphic sides... over the christmas break things will be easier for me.

I`d be glad to help, too. Seems like we have plenty of graphics help, but I`m definately not a code guru. I`m here if you need me.

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

OK I should add that I'm in for coding (client or server).

Now I think we should take advantage of the fact that a lot of us will be wanting an excuse to hide from aged aunties, etc. and that we will have some more free time to throw at this. So I think what we need is:

1. People to provide more logos/titles and layot ideas and other people to say what they do and don't like about them.

2. A clear set of features so that the database can start to take form (it will probably need changing but the main structure can be assembled). The good doctor has given us loads of ideas on this (although I think we were waiting for his next instalment) and that has helped clarify things. I'll start a new thread on the feature set so we can clarify the bare bones of things.
