TP: Works nicely and is liquid, however, at this stage I'm not sure its worth putting too much time into presenting a design as HTML until the we are further along in deciding which layout we want. On the other hand it does give a good idea how the designs will be translated.

Tp: That?s good but you have put will to much into this already I think. You have done a lot of the back end code which is great and starting to design layouts, but I think most of us are waiting for more input and final info on what?s, what and what?s going on with this pspong site. Myself is waiting for more input form people and more final info on this, I started designing and it's faded away. This fading is going to happen to you because you've pushed yourself to much. I?m not saying stop because all this might get the ball rolling again in this area, but just slow down. I was like you all ready for work, but nothing is fully planed so I stop or slowed down, because I thought it would make a big mess of things as people have not been set tasks or any real planning has go on, it's more like bits have formed together to produce parts of it, which in my view is just ideas.

Just bear in mind though this type of thing takes time and a lot of planning to do.

Anyone think the same about this?

*Right pspong logos, lets see what I can come up with*

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

Me, too. We need a chief, or two, as DG suggested. And a CEO.

So do I. I think the Doc is CEO but we do need heads of department.

TP has already broken the back of the code in a Herculean effort what we need, as I said here:
www.ozoneasylum.com/Forum13/HTML/000061.html

is someone to take control of the graphic design end of things. Their qualifications need only be:

1. Some free time (although it should be too time consuming).

2. A well respected graphics designer - so that there decisions should be widely supported by the inmates. There are plenty of you out there. I'm trying to headhunt DG but I think we are open to recommendations (and you know who you are!!).

They don't have to sign themselves up to the tricky task of implementing the design in HTML although their input would be greatly appreciated.

All they really need to do is filter the large number of good ideas and keep things ticking along on this front and, pos. with some consultation with some other graphic design gurus, come up with a preliminary final design.

However, the pay stinks but the love should make up for it (can you feel its warmth already?).

Interested?

I agree with everything emp said, although I'm sure he made a mistake on this one

quote:
1. Some free time (although it should be too time consuming).

.
My psychic powers tell me he meant to say that it won't be too time consuming.

TP: Oops - you are right. Hope that didn't put anyone off.
