Their qualifications need only be: 1. Some free time (although it should be too time consuming). 2. A well respected graphics designer - so that there decisions should be widely supported by the inmates. There are plenty of you out there. I'm trying to headhunt DG but I think we are open to recommendations (and you know who you are!!). They don't have to sign themselves up to the tricky task of implementing the design in HTML although their input would be greatly appreciated. All they really need to do is filter the large number of good ideas and keep things ticking along on this front and, pos. with some consultation with some other graphic design gurus, come up with a preliminary final design. However, the pay stinks but the love should make up for it (can you feel its warmth already?). Interested?
