It takes a zip file, uncompresses it and creates the necessary thumb's seemes pretty complete and easy right there. Not to knock what you've done InI that's pretty damn cool right there. but (and sorry I haven't really researched this totally) it seems the Netpbm package would be easier and give us more hooks.
