All that has to be done is to drop the netPBM binaries in and adjust the paths in the thumbnail function. It can very easily be made to handle PNG and other formats if neccessary. If you don't want to do that, and the server has GD 2.0.1 or later you could use [url=http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagecopyresampled.php]imagecopyresampled()[/url].
