Hello,
This is my first sig using Photoshop 7, which is something I just recently acquired.
I was sort of wondering what it would look like with a couple of lines of text, so I
figured I would write this.

very cool Idea, but needs some fixing, I really dont know about the name...you need to do something with it, as for ball the animation doesnt look natural, maybe you can try speeding it up when its falling and slowing it down while its in the air

Interesting idea.

I'm seeing some strangeness when the ball reaches your name. It's like a flash of darkness above the ball. You may not have caught all of the matte when you did the transparency.

The ball is moving at a constant speed which is not realistic. The greatest movement would occur on the ascent and descent. The ball would slow down and stop at the highest point.

The ring should squish and react to the ball when it is struck. It'll be a good sig once you fiddle with it a bit more.

Congratulations on obtaining Photoshop 7.

(Damn! Ruski beat me to it.)

Uh yea. I'll try and do all this stuff, but it may take me a while.
Thanks.

I know for me at least it wasn't too hard to "obtain" Photoshop 7.

Ok,
I fixed it up a bit..but I can't get the ring squish to look right, so I will maybe work on this some more....
I tried messing with the delay some, but if I make it any slower, it starts to look even more sketchy than it already is.

You may wish to try re-doing the movement rather than using the frame delay. Try something like moving 16 spaces the first frame, 8 the next, then 4, then 2, then 1, then 0, then 0 again. Then reverse the movement by copying the frames and reversing the order. Leave the squish and bounce as is. The ring can look squished by increasing the width and decreasing the height.

Hmm...I was pretty much going to say what Moth said, but he beat me too it. In any case, it looks like you were going for that cartoony "squish" that happens to round objects when they hit the ground, in which case it should be modified, instead of just getting smaller verically, but to morph into an exaggerated egg shape.

Hum,
Thanks for the input.
I'll see what I can do.
