Normally I don't post two entries in a month, but this one occurred to me and I had to do it.

The hint is that the song is from a country band with the same name as my location.

And yes, I tried transparency, and although I went all over the animation transparency tutorials here at the Asylum, it's still a freakin' mystery to me.
