It's simple but effective.
The only minor thing I see, is the dithering that put some "noise" in the image and almost look like a heavily compressed jpeg ( especially on the light background ).

That's actually the look I was shooting for.
I didn't really want it to be all crisp looking.
It's sort of like when you have been working at a computer all day
and everything starts to get a bit blurry.
