The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

About your fire animation :

Before saving it in ImageReady, make sure you've checked every frame. Sometimes, the first frame looks ok but the transparency isn't good for all the other frames.

I think the fire effect is wasted by the slowness of the animation. Try increasing the frame number to make it more fluid.

And about your problem, could you detail what you did exactly ? I can hardly diagnose "something weird happened with the layers which compromised the animation."

Otherwise, the second animation is neat.

Edit : Haha, ok it was just plain HTML. Though, wasn't HTML supposed to be turned off to prevent messing up with the tables ?

I think if you load it into IR with the BG turned off (transparent) that should solve the problem.
Here's what you could do for a quickfix. Load the .gif into IR, set the .gif matte transparency to the one you need. Switch to PS, select the magic wand (I set the tolerance to 4) and and click on layer 1 then I select the part of the gif without fire and delete and deselect. Do this to all layers and then switch back to IR. You have one frame too many so select the last frame (frame 9) and delete it.

The flame looks good, but IMO it's going a bit fast and sketchy, and a little cut off at the end.
