outcydr: Yes it probably does need more input (I'm sure there are plenty of interesting topics that could be included that don't - I've managed to cover the basics but anything more detailed is beyond what I can give to the project) but that is up to the good people here. Anyone can start an FAQ and/or add to one so it is just up to people to see a topic and think 'Hmmmmmm now that seems like a question that will come up again or might just be of general use to someone again' and start it. The minimum they really have to do is really just throw a link into an FAQ to start it off and then someone might come along and add some more and at a later it might be expanded again. |

just a thought, but the mods or even the regular posters/readers of the different forums are in a perfect position to spot these. |

tomeaglescz: Its not really a matter of giving people a holler every now and again its more about people getting into the habit of spotting something and thinking 'that would be useful in the FAQ'. Clearly it depends on their area of expertise but most of the regular users have an area or two in which they know enough to make that call |

maybe it's just the nature of wiki to be a bit chaotic |
