If you add a keyword to a thread, it's automatically moved to the appropriate archive when it's gotten to a certain age (without any new posts). If you don't add a keyword, it get's moved to the sink - where you can still add a keyword (which then get's it moved to the appropriate archive as well when the next nightly cleanup happens). Of course this is one bit more work than simply archiving something - you'll need to think up one or more keywords - but then, the actuall process for you is faster, since you don't have to choose every time again where to archive it to. And if you can't think of an appropriate keyword - it's probably not worth saving. Loading...
