Kilo or kilobytes that is the question?

The free geocities pakage that I am using for my website is 3 GB (metered hourly)
that mean:

With the standard SI units:3*10*exp(6)=3 000 000 kilobytes
100 000 per day and finally 4 166.6 kilobytes per hours

or

With the real definition of Giga bytes:

1 kilobytes = 1024 bytes
1 megabytes = 1024 kilobytes
1 gigabytes = 1024 megabytes

(3*1024*1024)/(30*24)=3 145.7/720=4 369.067 kilobytes

It's a 202.467 kilobytes difference per hours...

So for example if your mainpage is:

80 kilobytes (standard size by a word documents produced with word)

it's mean only 2 more hits per hours on the 52 you are allowed to... less that 3%

But if you mainpage is only some 4 kilobytes (my option) this little difference is 50 view on a total of 1 041 view what is 4.8%....

A gigabyte is 2^20 kilobytes which is 1,048,576 kilobytes when expanded..
You then get 3 of these or 3,145,728 kb per month.
Since this is metered per hour, with a max of 3gb, this leads me to believe that if you didn't use your maximum in the pervious hour you lose the overage.
There are 30.4368 days in your average month.
There are 24 hours in a day.
which means there are 730.4832 hours in each month.
Dividing your total bandwidth by your hour.
This leaves you with 4,306.336 kb of transfer per hour.

At this point we must stop because we lack important data:
1 - The percent of hits which will be unique.
2 - The percent of the unique hits that support caching.
2 - The percent of the data in the page which can be cached.

This data would lead us to an average of the actual amout transfered per average page hit.

Due to the missing data up to this point no estimate on the number of pages which can be accessed in a given hour is possible.

Conclusion:
Fun exercise in basic math. Worthless as anything other theory.

If you want a real answer. You didn't pay for shit, so don't expect to even get shit.
