Won't kill unless my life, or the lives of my family are threatened. |

No, couldn't do it either, even if I could get away with it. Aside from my belief that this is the only bit of life we're going to get and it's wrong to take it away from anyone, I think the guilt afterwards would be too much. Murder isn't something I could live with for the rest of my life. |

Hey, tom, could you explain those contradictions to me again? I don't understand where Euro contradicted himself concerning charges that would be brought against him. |

I think he meant that killing someone that made your blood boil wasn't an act of thinking and pure thought, you just took action right there... |

I don't think I've ever actually thought of murdering someone. If I dislike someone enough, I usually imagine myself introducing them to a world of pain and making them suffer by letting them live. To kill them would bring an end to their suffering. |

Terry Pratchett had the right of it 'Human beings have a curious aversion to killing somebody they haven't been introduced to'. It is so much harder to kill somebody you don't know |

Hmmm statics show that most murders or killings are actually carried out by someone that the victim knows in some form or another |

I wouldn't mind killing someone if I were in the C.I.A. Clandestine Service and were assigned to such a task. I've had murderous thoughts in the past... mostly caused by members of certain forums, but I think if I met the person in life, that we'd get along really well. Life is funny that way. When you wish for death, you almost always want life. I don't have the experiences of the veterans here, but if I was confronted with danger to my life, my family's life, or my country... I would most likely copycat the tactics from the Military Guide to Close Combat. |
