I read that one a long time ago but I think I remember it. It's the one where the children take the walk right? |

I read it a while back and (personally) find it to be one of the better stories King has written. I remember that it dusturbed me a lot when I read it because of the sheer horror of the boys' situation. I remember being fascinated/horrified thinking about a society that could accept such a ludicrous coming of age ordeal as an ideal. Weird.. loved the book though. Will have to pull it out and give it another go now that you've brought it up |

I believe "Running Man" is in the same book as "The Long Walk". |

What? You expected a Schwarzenegger film to be a good adaptation? |

If you think all Schwarzenegger films are good, you haven't seen Junior. Yuk, that movie is crap! |
