For one thing, his grammer is all wrong and the actual meanings of the words he uses clash with each other.

I believe this may be the result of lack of oxygen due his cranium being lodged up his intestines past the sphincter.

Translation:

Today's society needs another good cold beer, just as the rest of the universe needs to forget about their mystical nonsense and travel to earth, to join us for a beer, like we as individuals do here on earth, resulting in a slow decomposition of all brain matter in the entire universe!!!
