Not only is Bush in favour of cloning, he (and the group to which he belongs) is resonsible for it.

Think of it this way: The "powers that be" have a great interest in placing clones out in the population. Some would even express that we have had human clones walking amongst us for a while now. What better way to control populations by 'creating' them. A government- or governmant agency-clone becomes property of the state. The state could do pretty much what it wants with it.

As far as the whole Ralean thing goes; let me challenge: how many people actually knew about Raleans before this clone story broke? The Raleans have existed since 1997 and is a 'cult' whose management originates in the Bahamas (read: money shelter). So, explain to me how a so-called cult that is fairly new on the scene - let's say, compared to the Moonies - actually got the funds for genetic manipulation?

Not only does Bush support and knew about the cloning, the organization to which he belongs funded the program. If the US government, intelligence or other similarily 'accountable' organization had actually advertised that they succeeded in created a human clone, the public outrage would have seriously jeopardized the credibility, and, the longevity of such an organization. By funding a human cloning program that would come under public scrutiny in the guise of some 'cult', the agenda can unfold without too much of a backlash on the establishment.

A clone is just another person upon creation, just because the government created them doesn't mean they can control them, unless they start churning them out in some unknown slave factory.

How would that be any different from the government stealing women from society, impregnating them, and brainwashing their children to work for the government?

I think there are far more credible conspiracies to give a crap about than this lame cloning schtick.
It's people like you who give conspiracy theories a bad name, thereby helping the government you're trying to bring down.
Ironic, don't you think?

First of all, welcome to the Asylum Px. Enjoy! Please read the FAQ...it's full of interesting information...

That said, this

quote:

Okaaayyy...where is your proof? When you make a statement like that, it is one that implies fact. However, you provide no proof of this, whatsoever. Which, of course, leads to the opinon, that you have no idea, of what you are talking about...

So, do you have proof? Can you back this up, with fact? Or is it just an opinion? If so, then re-formulate the statement, to express that.

As to the statement itself...no, I don't think so. In fact, I believe that the Bush administration is largely against cloning...at least, he was seemingly outspoken against the latest cloning news...so unless you have some reliable, inside information, and are willing to share this with us, I suspect that your statement is really just opinon.

Just another goofy conspiracy theory.

I did a recent article on the Raelians. They started in the 1970s, not 1997. Their first bit of funding (that I know of) came from a lawyer wanting his dead son cloned back to life.
