We had someone stand here for MP and he was officially (well he'd changed his name) called Martin Fimbin Limbin Nimbin Phatang Phatang Ole Biscuit Barrel Hello Hippopotamus Hat (or something similar). They refered to him in the press as Mr. Hat!!
