Ok, only read on if you really don't want to be irritated. If you think you can handle it, read on. This is something that'll come back and haunt you and drive you crazy, so I seriously suggest you don't read it. |

It's supposed to keep you thinking about breathing, like you can't get it out of your head or something. It will work for about 30 seconds, and if your mind hasn't strayed somewhere else by then just open Winamp and play some music. |

Aha! Now You guys are getting it! You're concentrating on breathing so much that when you change your mind, you can't stop thinking about breathing and have to regulate it yourself until something else drastic enough comes along to smack you upside the head. |

We used to make each other pass out when we were kids. One person would hyperventilate for a while and then the other person would bear hug you. You'd pass out for about 20 seconds. |

Krets, we used to do a solo version of it. Squat down, hyperventilate, stand up real quick and puff your cheeks as hard as you can with out blowing out any air. Like an idiot, I did it by myself once and smucked my collar bone into my desk as I fell. I was hurting for awhile, and I haven't done it since. |

yeah, its kinda like thinking about a song or something, i dont know, but whatever it is, it's stuck in your head, right? this is what i always do. i have something stuck in my head all day. (the "mail song" from blues clues is a good one.) so it's stuck there, and i think, "as soon as i wake up tomorrow, i'll have forgotten it." so i go to bed, it's still stuck in my head, and as SOON as i wake up, i remember that goddamn thought pattern and it comes back to haunt me. |
