Is there anyway to write macros to handle repetitive actions in Quark?

I know little about pc's but if you're talking about repetetive text formating, use the style sheets. Its under edit.

No I'm talking about repititive menu actions and printing....I work at a newspaper and I proof all the ads on 11x17 paper. I also place all the ads in the paper using an extension of Quark named Fifi. I use NewEdit Pro to manage the work flow also.

Macro would go something like this:
1. open quark doc
2. execute the Fifi extension
3. find ads
4. print doc
5. close doc

there are other minor steps also but they are redundant for this thread's purpose.

If you are running on a mac, you can use applescript, it's fairly simple all the documentation you need is on the cd or Quarks website. The only problem I would forsee is callling the extention as I am not sure that can be done, and any commands demanded by the extention would also be a problem if the extention is not scriptable.
