Well, since my name is first in the game listing I guess I have to serve. I see Fraxyl has gone for another "Artists game" and I'm no artist, so I propose the exact opposite. Old Skool PhotoShop - Algorithic only - no additions to the original data, no drawing tools, no external images ... only those facilities offered by the Layers, Channels and Paths dialog, and the Image and Layers menus. Twist, bend, spindle, mutilate, colorize, chanop it to death, but don't add anything. Leave as may of your layers intact if possible - for future use. |

I like the sound of this, trib. It sounds like it could prove to be a very interesting match. |

nice direction. this pong stuff is great i am reminded once again how diverse a tool PS really is. BTW i dont think the start is boring at all, especially considering the parameters of the match. |

Hmmm ... Thanks Gill. I guess it all stemmed from being brought up on Sci-Fi in the 60's - that and the fact that not only don't I have a single artistic bone in my body, I still find it hard to do anything subtle with my fist wrapped around a mouse. I really envy the guys who have the skill to justify buying a prper tablet etc. but it would be wasted on me .. so I still just go for the gizmos and tweak things to death instead .. |

I think I'll give Mogg until the weeknd to let me know he/she's going to take part, and if there's no developments I'll throw it open to anyone who wants to take up the raquet ... does that sound fair ? |

Weirdness. I don`t think I did anything that would be misinterpreted by an earlier version...Just blending modes, polar co-ords, bla, bla. May have been the Fill opacity on one layer. 5.5 doesn`t do that... |

I trimmed it down to only the layers I used - the construction layers are all from the previous serves ... Ain't it odd how things look completely different when you turn them upside down !! |

Wow .. those are quite beautiful balls you got there Bob .. erm .. well .. you know what I mean .. as ever, your return serves have been an inspiration and a delight to play with. Each one in turn has taken me off in a new and unexpected direction. |

Well .. now we've managed 4 service returns each, and from the hint in your previous return (about sustaining the momentum for 8 serves) it looks like you're about done with this game. Should we declare the match over and see if anyone comments? I'll leave the decision to you Bob. |
