It's dark in there except this one light source so I guessing a F # at maybe 4.0 or less. The EV reading should show a zero then you know you're about right unless you want it a little deeper then maybe have it at a -3. I do this all in manual setting. If it's TOO dark in there then the shutter will be open longer to allow enough light for it to expose correctly so you might want to use a tripod if you have one :) I hope this helps.
