A quick note here. Wes knows what he's talking about, pick a good hourly rate (I prefer at least $60), estimate your time and *at least* DOUBLE or TRIPLE the time estimate. Trust me, you'll always cheat yourself on your first time estimate. I can do good time estimates first time through now, but I triple all the times as I go, never does for a client to watch you figure a cost and then multiply it times 3, they get ornery. (Heh.) |

I do a fair ammount of contract web work in Brisbane and I usualy charge out at about $30 to $60 Australian an hour. But because I do freelance contracting I have to use my own programs and pay my own tax ect ect... |
