hmmm. . . I actually searched quite a bit and couldn't find anything that listed a bunch of vegetables with pics.

Maybe you could post some of the names and someone could translate what they are in English. Or are there just too many?

lallous: I think CPrompt's suggestion would be the best ideas as long as there aren't vast numbers and you don't want the Latin names too (I'm better on other planst like grasses, trees and cactii as well as land animals).

Oats...funny, thought it would be easier to describe them...hmmm...small, flat, round type of grain, often used to feed cattle and horses..
Wheat...most commonly used to make flour...from which bread can be made...
Cider...normally an alcoholic drink made from apples, though there are forms of cider without alcohol...
Barley...also a grain, most often used to make alcohol...there is a famous poem 'John Barleycorn must die...'
celery...a long, thin vegetable that is light green with a bit of white to it with the leaves being at one end...is very juicy and is often used in soups.

Hope that at least helps a bit...would help if you could tell use wich language they should be translated into...you could use the www.babylon.com site to translate them...

Well here are some links to some of them with pictures.

*Oats : http://www.azuswebworks.com/herbs/oats.htm
*Cider: http://www.healthytrader.com/fruitjuice.htm
*Celery: http://www.otan.dni.us/webfarm/emailproject/veg.htm

Also, Cider can be drank cold or hot (kind of like Tea) Very common in the states around Christmas and Thanksgiving (Oct-Dec really)
