This evening I successfully completed the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge in Central Park. 3.5 mile run, my time was 38 minutes, 28 seconds. A total of 14,000 people ran/walked. Whew! A few years back I completed 2 biathlons (3 mile run/18 mile bike/3 mile run). I think I will try and get back into that! |

Was in the Marine Corps, so I got my fill of 'endurance' sports. Ran three miles a few times a week and hit 6 miles a few times a month. Once used to it, it's easy, but get even a little out of shape during a vacation or something and it hurts to get back into the swing of things! |

Heh...saw some of those marines run, BeeKay...I think they call it a 'Death Run' or something like that...glad we only had to participate occasionally...(with the marines...). I think they are all 'run happy'.... |
